You’ve been watching Nickelodeon since you were a Rugrat and are more obsessed with making the world a more playful place, than Helga was with Arnold.

You’ve seen the brand transition over the years from a TV channel into the Turtle-y diverse multi-media entertainment brand it is today and you just can’t wait to bring your creative flare to the slime-filled world of Nickelodeon.

Reporting to the Director, Digital Media Business Development Director, you would be a pivotal part of the Nickelodeon DM team. Working closely with the respective manager in the area of Consumer and Affiliate marketing including active participation in brand planning and project execution.



  • Maintain and develop relationship with education platform partners/clients such as VIP Kids/ABC Mouse/51 Talk etc
  • Identify (Nickelodeon) online/mobile video licensing opportunities w/major partners in the market
  • Manage & develop on-line education projects which includes dissemination of task to team members, managing cost, and tracking revenue
  • Negotiate partnerships with portals for education related business format


  • Minimum B.A. or BS in Marketing or Business - Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in kids’ education business development field
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Good knowledge of Kids’ Education & on-line education business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent social skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Team spirit and a willingness to go above and beyond for the brand
